Integrated Control System

A user-friendly Human Machine Interface (HMI) featuring a 22-inch touch screen. This system provides real-time monitoring, database connectivity, and intuitive controls to manage the entire marking process. The machine also has an optional barcode reader which enables data driven marking, and further enhances accuracy and control.

Customizable Marking Capabilities

Tyromark allows you to engrave a wide range of permanent marks directly onto tires, including text, logos, graphics, 2D codes, DOT date codes, and all other regulatory symbols, enabling you to create a product that can meet both your customer's and your compliance needs.

Tyromark Story

A tread manufacturer approached us with the idea of offering a laser marking machine for retreaded tires to users of their products – their licensees. The goal was to improve the quality of regulatory markings.

Indeed, the market already had fully automated machines for high-volume retreading units, but there was nothing for small and medium-sized retreading plants.

Based on a quick set of specifications, CIPAM therefore designed and developed a prototype, demonstrating its ability to innovate in this field.

The study was conducted with our own funds and allows a large proportion of retreaders to benefit from laser technology.

Our first TYROMARK was created in less than a year and has been installed in several European countries (Finland, Sweden, Croatia, France…).

Laser Source Options:

  • FIBER Laser: Delivers high power output with options from 10W to 50W. This ensures rapid and precise marking on a wide variety of tire materials and is ideal for high-throughput operations. The wavelength ranges from 1060 to 1080 nm, enabling optimal laser-material interaction. Offers a long lifespan with an average of 50,000 operating hours.
  • CO2 Laser: A highly flexible laser source available in 10W and 30W options, ideal for softer materials and specific marking needs. The CO2 laser provides a wide range of possibilities while providing a life span of around 25000 hours.

  • Automatic Positioning: Moves automatically and accurately to the defined marking area.
